Refund Policy

Eligibility

Paid Advancedcyberdef programmes purchased via invoice or purchase order may be refunded according to the windows below. Website pricing is informational; the invoice date starts the refund clock.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing within 14 days of the invoice payment date and before the second live session of the cohort (or before sandbox credentials are first used for self-paced add-ons).

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel within the window above and have not attended more than one live session, we issue a full refund of tuition fees. After the second session, a partial refund of up to 40% may be offered at our discretion when illness or organisational restructuring prevents completion — documented evidence helps.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party examination or certification fees (if any are arranged separately).
• Custom dataset mapping already delivered under Audit Atelier.
• Seats substituted to another colleague after materials access begins (transfer is allowed; refund is not).

Refund process

Email contact@advancedcyberdef.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Purchase-order clients receive a credit note and remittance according to their accounts-payable cycle.

Cancellation by Advancedcyberdef

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. App workspace fees unused after cancellation are credited proportionally.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Where a cooling-off right applies to distance contracts for services and you request it before service begins, we honour that right. Force majeure events may delay delivery without automatic refund when a reasonable alternative date is offered.
